Looked like a thriving business. I haven't seen a used book store that busy in a long time. I brought my crazy 1.5 year old too and the employees were real sweet to her when she escaped behind the counter
This is my favorite place! If they don't have it in stock here they have a vast system that they can look at it see if anybody else has it. Then they'll go ahead and ship it to the store of your choice here for free and then you can pick it up usually within 48 hours. They also buy books magazines and records, and they give a great price for it too!
This is a smaller store compared to other HPBs, but it's packed with books, it's tidy and clean, the staff is great, and it's convenient. It's also the only one nearby, so I have NO complaints. I always find something there—okay, it's a bookstore, so of course I do—but even if I don't find a specific book I've come for, I always find something I want to read.
Great place, very easy to exchange books for cash, pick up a book I've been wanting and even has brand new books and games in their original packaging. There are record albums and stationary too. Easy wheelchair access and they will help you unload your books! The service is quick and friendly.
