Do no talk to Nina. She doesn’t give good service at all. She plays on her phone while your trying to buy a car. She doesn’t put the people in front of her desk first. She’s a horrible sales woman. The manager Dwight is a pretty good manager though. I expressed my displeasure with my visit and he hooked me up with a few things. I’m not sure if all the salesmen are bad or not but Nina sure was. She pretty much forced us in to 2 Cars when we only wanted one. But I am happy with the second purchase. I just wish the commission went to somebody other than Nina.
The best service I have ever had with a car dealership. I flew in from MS to DFW. They came to the airport to come get me. Took me out to a nice lunch and then to the dealership. I got a great price on the car I was looking for and was well treated the entire time during the buying process. Thanks to Eric Glover and his entire team I had a great experience.
I am having a wonderful time hear at this facility. The people are great and my sales person Adina Vaughon is wonderful. She was very understanding and able to meet my needs. Joe Hirt was an Exceptional Service provider. He listened to my requests and requirements and provided options within my means, which was very appreciated. I never felt pressured into buying or spending over my budget. This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had, thanks to Joe! He is phenomenal... & very polite!
