The person I've dealt with the most, Bill, has been nothing but honest, forthcoming, and upfront as far as I can tell. It doesn't feel as if he's always trying to sell me on something, or that I "need" this or that. He's actually a couple of times told me he didn't think a product/repair was worth it. He seems to treat my car as if it was his own, and diagnose and repair it with that same thought. He knows we have 4 boys, 7 and under, and he shows care about the safety of them while in the vehicle. As most people's mentality with mechanics is, I'm always waiting for the veil to drop, and I discover he's been duping me this entire time. Not only do I hope that won't happen, I don't actually think it will.

They won’t check for other problems, and it feels like they make sure you come back for something else. It’s just one thing after the other with them. Very disappointed.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!! I took my car to this Christian Automotive based on the reviews here. Extremely BAD idea. This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and that they have the name of Christ in their name is an insult to the Gospel of Christ. During my visit, I witnessed Bob at the front counter tell a lady she needed new tires, not knowing she had recently purchased 4 new tires from a local Discount Tire shop. When she called him out on it he backtracked and tried to clean up his lie. But it was too late. Considering that I witnessed this ordeal, you might think that he would not try and pull one over on me - wrong! I went in for a dead battery. I had my car towed in and it just so happened that I was outside at my car when Kris the mechanic came out to run the battery test. He did and confirmed it was dead and notified Bob at the front desk. When I went in to pay, Bob said my total was $257!!! I quickly said NO WAY and further questioned him and requested to see the invoice. Bob had added what he called a “diagnostic fee” that was never run on my car. Ironically, the invoice listed this – fee - as a “CBA Courtesy Inspection” that checks for oil leaks, cooling system, steering system, fluid levels, wipers, exhaust and electrical, etc. Not knowing that I was present the entire time Kris tested my battery, Bob proceeded to explain to me that Kris ran these multiple other test, which was an absolute lie! My car was in the parking lot the entire time. It was never pulled into the actual shop area, where the majority of these items would need to be tested for. When he knew he was caught in a lie, he re-ran the invoice listing the diagnostic test as “$0.00” and an additional item he was charging me for as “declined.” I wouldn't be – this - upset about this if the name of this shop didn't start with "Christian," but I am a Christian and this experience DISGUST me. I will not visit this location or any other Christian automotive again. First and last time was today. I am notifying home office as soon as I hit "Post", with very little expectation based on this experience. Lastly, if you’re reading this and are considering this shop, please DO NOT waste your time. And if you are a Christian, don’t assume anything based on the name- it’s nothing more than a scam. P.S. the invoice showed nothing about the warranty of my battery, so I had to ask about it and had Bob write and initial what he told me on it before leaving.

Well I was going to take down my review and say thank you for fixing your mistake for not catching something bluntly obvious BUT GUESS WHAT! Christian Brothers has miss yet another obvious, I have a hose that is so rotted that my new Mechanic says there is no way that would of been missed if I was given a full check up. Thanks a lot Christian Brothers for not doing your job, not taking pride in your work and wasting my time, I really appreciate it. I should sue you for all the times you have made me miss work because of you're impatience.

Amazing service! Most honest and thorough auto shop I've ever been to!
