Deplorable, disgusting, trashy, disorganized customer service from employees as well as the so-called manager. Pulled up today for state inspection and carwash. Place seemed disorganized, every single employee told me something different about pricing and estimated wait time. Waited 1 hour, then inquired if they started on my car, they had it parked to the side no one even touched it.... Requested to speak with manager, even more disgusted. Requested my vehicle back and left. Convenient location off 121, but I would never trust them with my car again. Went to Speedway Car Wash off Central and Don Dobson. What a difference!! They're efficient, courteous and thorough. So refreshing. They don't do state inspections, but excellent job on carwash.
These guys are worth not taking the time to wash your car on your own. I have been coming here for the last 5 years and always get taken care of. Sometimes they're busy and rush a job, that said they will correct any issues if they missed a spot here or there. Check out there deals for multiple washes as well!
The wash is pretty good, but the finishers are horrible. They constantly miss so many items. I had my truck detailed her a few years ago. They left some kind of cleaning agent on plastic over my gauges. It melted the plastic and I had to replace it. They could be great, but they choose not to be.
Usually they do an OK job but yesterday had to ask them to redo the whole car again. Express wash is a good value but no free vaccum or cleaning / detailing aids available at the end of car wash tunnel.
The manager "Zack" really works hard to make the costumer happy. Takes a lot of pride in there work. I haven't had many problems and if I did it was my fault but they still fixed it at no charge.great place I will recommend this place to all.
