We came just prior to the lunch rush and when we entered there was no host or hostess to greet us and we actually had to flag someone down in order to get seated at a table. Another five minutes of sitting there and I had to flag down a waitress in order to take our drink orders a third waitress brought them to us and by then our official server finally arrived and he was in such a rush it caused him to miss things sometimes like when we were trying to get his attention to get a smaller spoon for my son or when we had a question about something else. He was bouncing around so flustered all the time in the end when we were finally getting ready to leave it took forever to get a takeout box and my dessert to go.
Went to one in Bedford last night and the wait and attentiveness was awful. Tables were left dirty in the bar and the bartender didn't move most of the night to help the situation. Our server was very nice in the panic that took place as she was left by herself with next to no team effort. The bar had no more than five people and instead of the bartender taking our drinks to the table we watched them sit at the bar for ten minutes. The presidente margarita was a water downed margarita at this point. The manager (Who I'm assuming was the dressed up male figure) looked clueless on any form of help in this whole situation as the bar remained a wreck. This all took place during the cowboy game which is where we like to enjoy the games but after this display of poor management and an effortless bartender we will probably be looking somewhere else to go. The one positive was our server who made the situation as best she could and found ways to make us laugh.
I had not been to Chili's in a while. The last several times I was very disappointed with the food and the service. Tonight was totally opposite. Our server Brian was great! The food was awesome!! I couldn't believe how much it has changed. For the better of course. Great dinner. I will be coming back now.
The most discussing place ever. We waited 30 min for someone to take our order drink. Then another 15 to order food. We were there an hour and finally got our food. They brought is a chicken fajitas plate and the chicken was cold. Then on our chicken crisp had a hair in twinned with 2 chickens and in the sauce. The staff was terrible and so was the customer service. That place needs to get reviewed by the health inspector. Nastiest place ever.
I'm so disappointed.. ordered food online for curb side service. Order said ready for pickup at 1:22pm.. I get there a few minutes after.. first, couldn't find my order, they said it was ready, but that was a lie because why would you have to ask why type of patty for the burger? They rushed my onions rings, they we're over cooked and needless to say, my order wasn't ready until 1:40p. I'm fed up with horrible, unreliable service from these restaurants.
The only reason that I'm not giving this Chili's a lower rating is because my husband comes here often and he says the service is so much better usually.
As far as the location itself it's very clean and the food is wonderful. Chili's is one of my favorite places to go in general but this was a very disappointing experience.
